  1. Essential oils

Another good option is a combination of any essential oil with coconut oil and then apply. For instance, take 2-3 drops of tea tree oil or lavender oil and 2 tbsp of coconut oil. Hence, apply any petroleum jelly available at your home as many times as you can.

Lemon may seem too acidic to be used in areas of sensitivity. However, lemon contains Vitamin C which is a natural immunity booster and can be helpful in the case of angular chelitis. Take half lemon and squeeze it into a glass of water. Mix in some honey if desired and drink this mixture using a straw.

Yogurt is a natural probiotic and live cultures present in yogurt are helpful in the treatment of angular chelitis. Yogurt can be applied on the affected area, as well as consumed; both ways are equally helpful.

To use apple cider vinegar, mix one tablespoon of apple cider vinegar in 3/4th cup water. Apply this mixture on the cracked skin with a cotton ball. Rinse after 15 minutes and repeat every 4 hours.

Angular chelitis is not a serious condition however, if your skin does not recover in a few days and seems to be getting worst then refer to a doctor. You might need antibiotics if the infection is severe.
